Attractions in Agra:

Besides Taj, Agra has other sites as well with historical significance. Agra Fort is such site which is a magnificent fort, built by Akbar in 1565. Some of the famous and key buildings in the fort include the Pearl Mosque, the Diwan-e-Am and Diwan-e-Khas, Jehangir's Palace, Khaas Mahal, Sheesh Mahal and Musamman Burj. Fatehpur Sikri is also a spot, about 35 km away from Agra which attracts a good number of travellers. Itmad-Ud-Daulah's, Jama Masjid, Chini Ka Rauza and Sikandra-Akbar's tomb are some of the other spots to be seen in the town.
